Stormin’ Norman’s Atlantic Salmon.  Spicy six-ounce blackened Atlantic salmon fillet with sides of our famous champ and steamed vegetable medley. Add our signature car bomb sauce.

Tim’s “Hello” Connemara Chicken.  Tender grilled chicken breast smothered in our exclusive Connemara cream sauce. Served with sides of our famous champ and steamed vegetable medley.

Irishman-of-the-year Bert’s Irish Whiskey Pepper Steak.  A ten-ounce center-cut top sirloin steak, grilled to order. Served with sides of our unique Irish Whiskey Pepper Sauce, our famous champ, and steamed vegetable medley.

Willie’s Bangers and Mashed.  Real Irish pork banger sausages served on a bed of steaming champ mashed potatoes and a side of steamed vegetables.

Baby Jer’s Guinness Stew.  A hearty portion of our homemade stew, featuring slow-simmered Angus beef pot roast, vegetables, and a hint of Guinness Irish Stout broth, topped with champ mashed potatoes.

Tiger Mike’s Fish and Chips.  A Nine Irish Brother’s favorite. Two heaping, whitefish filets battered in Harp lager and served with a generous portion of our delicious pub chips.

Brother Jim’s Shepherd’s Pie.  A hearty mixture of tender ground beef and pork, carrots, peas, and onions simmered in gravy and topped with our delicious champ and a sprinkling of melted cheddar cheese.

Coach Bobby’s Corned Beef and Cabbage.  An Irish-American classic. A generous portion of our slow-cooked, melt-in-your-mouth corned beef, served with a side of steamed cabbage and carrots, served over champ mashed potatoes.
