Join us on Saturday, September 13, 2008 at 9:00 PM as we welcome back Soltre. Soltré is an Irish musical trio from the Indiana/Chicago area.  With fiddle, flute, guitar, and vocals, they present a unique, innovative variety of traditional and contemporary Irish music.  Soltré has captivated audiences with their characteristic blending of driving, rhythmic dance music and the soulful contemporary songs of Kevin Joiner.  Their creative, fiery arrangements are presented with a wild, uninhibited flair, yet they remain true to tradition.The band grew out of Irish music sessions held in South Bend, Indiana.  Fiddler  Sean Hoffman (of the Goldmine Pickers) joined forces with flute player Autumn Rhodes (of Míra, the Bardic Apostles, etc.) in 2004 to form a duo with a tight, energetic sound.  In 2005, the two enlisted the talents of singer/songwriter/guitarist Kevin Joiner.
