Server: Nine Irish Brothers aims to provide top-quality service to all customers. Servers fulfill this role by helping to greet and seat guests, interact with guests and make sure they are comfortable, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and maintain a pleasant and aesthetic atmosphere. Servers must be approachable, service-oriented, timely, and personable.

Description: Full or part-time server. Day, evening, and weekend availability a must. Experience necessary. Must be hardworking, fast, able to multitask, and personable. Experience not necessary but preferred. Must be able to lift objects of up to 60 pounds.

Line/Prep Cook: Nine Irish Brothers carries a full menu. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service and product. Our back-of-house staff are focused and hardworking and are able to provide timely, high-quality product in a high-volume environment.

Description: Full or part-time line and prep cook. Experience necessary. Must be familiar with fry, grill, and saute station operation. Must be able to multitask. Knowledge of food sanitation preferred.

Door Security: Nine Irish Brothers aims to provide top-quality service to all customers. Door security fulfills this role by serving as the first person a guest encounters upon entering the building. Door security is responsible for greeting customers, checking identification, assisting customers with finding seats and menus, and preventing any problems.

Description: Night and weekend availability necessary. Must be intelligent, personable, presentable, and articulate. Sense of humor and ability to diffuse potential conflicts necessary.

Dishwasher: Our back-of-house staff are focused, hardworking, and motivated. Nine Irish Brothers is a high-volume operation that requires attention to detail and speed.

Description: Full or part-time dishwasher. Experience preferred. Must be hardworking, fast, able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. Must be able to lift objects of up to 60 pounds.

Kitchen Manager: We have an immediate opening for a qualified kitchen manager with at least two years of kitchen management experience. Nine Irish Brothers prides ourselves in providing high-quality, timely foodservice. The kitchen manager is responsible for kitchen leadership, including hiring and evaluating kitchen staff. The kitchen manager must be able to estimate food costs and purchase supplies, maintain food quality and safety, and develop engaging specials. We are looking for an outgoing, highly organized, highly motivated individual. Salary range is between $27,000 to $34,000 a year, plus bonuses, insurance and paid vacation. Servsafe certification is preffered but we will provide training for the right individual.
