"Pretty On the Inside” had most of the crowd laughing along to the lyrics that are, “Pretty on the inside/better than not pretty at all/pretty on the inside/too bad I’m an outside-kind-of-pretty guy.”

A group of Purdue students didn’t know about the band until that night, but they unanimously agreed that the band was excellent.

“Thumbs up all around,” said Marlene Hampton, senior in the College of Liberal Arts.

In true Irish form the pub was lively and loud and the band got plenty of help from crowd-singers and table dancers, but Nick Slanson, junior in the College of Technology, said his favorite part came from an attendee.

“The owner standing on the table clapping, that was the best part,” he said.
